my fiance works at a hospital (will soon be a doctor) and he says that none of the doctors there are worried. there are confirmed cases just a block away at the hospital, and no ones panicked. i hate the media.

FG, the media does hit us with some random b.s. daily and call it a "panic." More people die of the regular flu.
seriously. this is why i avoid the news. well, there's lots of reasons, but this is one.
I thought this was a new epidemic. Silly me.
does anyone remember last years bird flu...... I heard next year is Rat flu as the media chooses names from the chinese zodiac continues.
