chris brown: graffiti album art

Chris looks as if he's ready to play a game of guitar whack-a-mole with those cartoon critters. https://sites.google.com/site/mayuradocs/PinIt.png

Hilarious. My question is who is the label moron that greenlighted this album cover?

lol. and what is up with those pants? also, he may want to see someone about that severe angle his right leg is posed in. looks painful.

I like the concept. But I am having doubts with the pose and the pants that is used. It is kind of distracting the whole artwork.

them pants are criminally t-t-t-tight.

I honestly believe he's trying to impress rhianna.

He looks like he's on some R&B ballet sh*t.

Hmmm....I hate the pants, BUT he could've done them if they were denim maybe and he had some cool sneakers, and more grundge, skater-type look with a killer t-shirt and less sculpted hair (both head and face)...it would feel like pushing the style limits, particularly for young black men (who I have noticed, are wearing smaller pants, though sadly, and yuckily, still sagging).

Unfortunately, this just looks strange. No one does graffiti dressed like that...and though I've never had the pleasure to engage my self, I think you'd have to get a little closer to your work. Graffiti is intense, emotional and gritty. I imagine dirty hands and clothing from the paint as it spurts out...the artist making sure no one's coming... The hand here looks delicate on that can and the images are so tiny...there's no emotional connection or intensity...it looks more like he's killing bugs and the background looks like my parent's old albums with the guy holding the world on his shoulders (classic 70's kitsche, picture a velvet painting).

I feel bad for him in a way. He needs to write this year off. Get his mind right and try again later.
