As an American, to me, the comb looks like one a Black person would use.
But, is this conditioner targeted toward Black people, or used by them? Unlikely. Look closely at the comb. Notice the non-English writing.
This ad, it turns out, is trying to be clever in the following way: the mess of power lines resemble scenes in Bangkok. P&G has a conditioner which untangles hair. Blah, blah, yakkity-schmackitty.
Initially, though, it did look like a one of them big, thick, Black Ads to me.
