Oh I get it...this is to advertise the Iphone application that they have for El Universal, a Mexican Magazine. I think it may indicate that if you get this magazine/application for your Iphone that you'll be so close to the articles and the pictures are so realistic that the stories themselves will be affected by you (i.e. Barack's cheek being mushed by a finger from the Iphone...seen here: http://www.eluniversal.com.mx/graficos/iphone/index.html).

This ad would make more sense if it were explained better or if they used more celebrity examples but I guess they blew the budget on Photoshop skills and a picture of B.Rock...

I'll explain...I think what is implied is that would be the shape of a finger tip scrolling the picture back and forth on an iPhone...Follow me now...I know it won't make much sense in the beginning but by the end you'll be there...They are trying to make a statement about how clear, crisp and true to life their photojournalism is...so clear and realistic that you (yourself) could affect the picture (i.e. you mushing Barack's cheek with your fingertip)...I didn't understand it myself until I saw the site (http://www.eluniversal.com.mx/graficos/iphone/index.html) and downloaded the App for the iPhone...
