I don't agree with the chart. I have about 1000 active users on Google+. The stuff I post on Google Plus gets more attention than the stuff I post on Facebook.
Google+ is a highly engaging fun social network. Once a person finds a great circle of friends, they can easily put out some great content to people that are interested in their posts.

I like this because its honest. Also Google+ had so much potential. Its a shame they never figured out how to draw an audience.
