In an effort to inspire a new generation of sneakers consumers, the 100-year-old US footwear brand - Keds - recently launched their "How Do You Do" campaign (http://hdyd.keds.com) that includes reaching out into the campuses of nine colleges plus the SXSW festival held in Austin Texas in March as well as a print advertising campaign and a lot of online activity, especially on Facebook, You Tube and Twitter.
As part of this campaign, The Wade Brothers - the award winning motion directors and stills photographers - were asked to shot a huge range of still images as well as motion "bios" of local artists for the "How Do You Do Art" segment. These were then used for the current/upcoming print advertising campaign, while the motion interviews with some of the artists appear online on You Tube and on the HDYD Keds website.
