Pierre David: Pantone-like swatch book of skin tones

A sampler by Delf epidermal Pierre David, versatile French designer, exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art of Salvador de Bahia in Brazil during the month of May this year. 40 people (employees of the museum and art students from El Salvador) have been photographed and arranged in a classic display of colors according to skin color. A kind of claim against racism ... Then, a paint manufacturer sought chemical formulas for each color and then make pots of paint for each person photographed. I love the last picture ... One of the paintings was used to paint the walls of the exhibition, and here we have an employee in front of his own color.

I love the creativity in that. It would be kinda cool to have your "own paint".
