I'm not touching that "whip mark" comment, not even with a ten foot strap. Isn't there a new diversity initiative looking for minority hires/interns, Ummm, did someone not get the memo? Does a memo even exist?
I must say the ad guy in me says "Yeah, rookie, earn your stripes!"
The Black guy says, "ooooh, nooo, not those stripes!"

i think it's funny and not intended to be discriminatory, in the least.
I know its fun and funny. I don't think they meant to hurt anyone either. I know they are probably nice folk.
I'm just suggesting a little careful forethought.
Lucie, no one even once mentioned racist, not even in the comments. Our concern is just one of sensitivity to others.
